We have begun a new school year! I am full of ideas, dreams, and expectations.
I want to thank each of you for your faithfulness to God and to us. Your faithfulness has allowed us to arrive to where we are. The children have a better quality of life. After having had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ. And after having received the love and care that He gives; this has only been achieved through the united action of the body of Christ. You are part of that!
Look at the first day of classes. It is beautiful to see the classrooms that we prepared with so much dedication and love now full of children.
A little more of the first day.
Prayer needs as we begin:
1. For each teacher to have the conviction of what it is that God expects of us and that we can give personalized attention to each child and its family.
2. For the male teacher that is working this year with us and for other men to join us.
3. The protection of God
4. Team unity
5. Health
6. That we would be good administrators of all that God has given us.
7. We would like to purchase a lot next door so that we can disciple more children. It is not yet for sale.
I will give you more prayer requests later. For now, let’s give thanks to God for:
1. For having us working there and for feeling His presence and backing at every moment.
2. For having finished last year without a single debt.
3. For having 36 children sponsored with scholarships
4. For Hugo, the new teacher
5. For this year’s plans since we have made various changes
6. For each person who supports us in prayers or offerings. They have been faithful.
God bless all of you. Thank you for every little detail you have towards all of us.
